Some home sellers like more of a hands on approach to selling their property and don't need a full service listing.  Instead some may prefer to choose specific services for a flat fee.   A kind of an a' la carte approach to selling your house yourself. Our Flat Fee Listing allows you to sell as a FSBO and with the services we offer, having the best of both.

With our Pay-for-Service we charge a discounted flat fee upfront, rather than a percentage of the sale price for the listing side of the transaction at close. You only pay for the services you use and can add services if needed at anytime. This saves the seller thousands of dollars on commission fees.

The primary objective of our Flat-Fee Listing is the marketing exposure your property receives on the MLS to agents with ready buyers, and other buyers who use MLS sites. The Seller will deal directly with "buyer's agents." In most cases, the seller saves approximately half of the traditional commission and maintains complete freedom to sell on their own. The buyer's broker is still offered a percentage, 2%, 2.5% to 3% typically, though that could be a flat fee as well.

We help with your MLS listing to insure it is attractive and attention-grabbing to potential buyers and agents. We include digital photos of your home, a flyer design, professional yard sign, and much more (see below). Your property’s listing will be syndicated on multiple websites, including the most popular real estate websites online. This exposure is cost-efficient and much more effective than simply putting an ad on some FSBO sites and a “For Sale” sign in your front yard.

In our Flat-Fee Listing Agreement the Seller is representing themselves and are responsible for fielding inquiries, scheduling and conducting showings, negotiating a contract and other tasks associated with selling their property.
