Our Pricing is Straight Forward with No Miscellaneous Extra Fees.
Property Management PLUSFull Service Onetime start-up fee paid by owner equal to 50% of the first month’s rent; then a monthly fee of 15% from the total monthly rent proceeds. – No other miscellaneous fees. Tenant: Pays a refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent or greater, held by agent in a Trust Account. Lease Renewal: No additional fees for extending or renewing the lease. The "PLUS" No One Else Offers! • Repair cost of $250. or less are completed at no charge to owner. • No cost for evictions. Initial summary ejectment action, court appearance (small claims), and writ of possession by sheriff. • Under our continued management, No cost for property preparation for releasing to nest tenant up to $500. (cleaning, carpet cleaning, paint touch-up, minor repairs). |
Discount Property ManagementFull Service Onetime Start-up Fee paid by owner equal to 50% of the first month’s rent; then a Discounted Monthly Fee of 10% from the total monthly rent proceeds. -No other miscellaneous extra fees. From the Start-up Fee, a $250. balance is held to pay expenses associated with the management and operation of the property. Tenant: Pays a minimum refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent or greater, held by agent in a Trust Account. Lease Renewal: No additional fees for extending or renewing the lease. |
Marketing & Tenant ScreeningService Fee Onetime fee paid by owner equal to 100% of the first month’s rent. – No other miscellaneous extra fees. Tenant: Pays a refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent minimum to be held in owner’s trust account. No management services, repair services, collection services, notices, legal services, or tax services shall be provided. |
